Dental Prosthetics

If a tooth can no longer be preserved, we work with you to develop an individual concept for suitable dental prosthetics that are tailored precisely to your needs. In general, a distinction is made between fixed and removable prosthetics. Fixed prosthetics include crowns, bridges, and implants. Implants can also often be used to significantly improve the stability of removable prosthetics. Removable prosthetics include various types of dentures. To craft your dental prosthetics, we collaborate with selected laboratories to offer you the best possible solution.

Dental prosthetics are generally divided into two categories: removable and fixed prosthetics. Removable prosthetics include partial and complete dentures that can be easily taken out. Although dentures are a proven solution, many patients find wearing them uncomfortable. Moreover, aesthetic and functional limitations can occur. Nonetheless, there are good reasons for this option, which we would be happy to explain to you in detail. Fixed prosthetics include inlays, onlays, bridges and partial bridges, crowns and partial crowns, long-term temporaries, veneers, and dental implants. These options are either securely attached to adjacent teeth or permanently anchored in the upper or lower jaw, making them non-removable.
